allow multiple connections with same nickname

I want to let same user/nick to login from multiple connections.
Currently i get "Nickname is already in use."
we are using sqlauth.

This isn't possible in-IRCd currently. Your best options are to provide a bouncer like ZNC or an always on client like The Lounge.
