I am currently trying to do research if there should be a custom built new software for whistleblowing internal channel for central use in all public sector institutions (managed by one chosen institution) or Globaleaks would suit just fine.
I have four question maybe you could help me with to decide whether Globaleaks is suitable for centralized public sector use:
Is there a possibility to use Globaleaks as a centralized public sector solution for internal whistleblowing channel that is centrally managed/supported by one institution (support and management of the channel is not done by every public sector institution separately)?
What may be the difficulties in such integration or what must be considered?
Are there any examples of this kind of wide use-case in the world?
Is it possible to add whistleblower authentication software interface to Globaleaks?
Any references to some kind of material that supports anwsering these questions, is also welcome.
