Need a provision to add emails for notifications alert

From what I understood in the thread - https://discord.com/channels/717975833226248303/1130805604458434580, there are mails being sent by the Glfiic team for critical notifications. However, there is only support for one email id (which is used at the time of account creation). The request is to add more email ids to this list, since there are usually more people working on the tech part who would want to be notified about the issues.
