Enable a green status bar for online devices

Describe the enhancement

I would like to enable the status bar on 'online' devices and turn it green to indicate everything is fine.

Use cases

Currently the status bar is only displayed for offline devices and it turns red. The devices that are online and OK don't have a status bar. Therefore they look grey and pale. Also the word 'Online' is in grey. This gives me the impression that they are unavailable. If you just add the same status bar as the offline devices but make it green it gives a much better visual representation of the status and a better distinguishment between online/offline. You can even think about giving it a yellow bar when it needs attention like 'Update available'.

We previously had a green bar for online devices. It was removed as we decided we didnt need to bring to attention those devices when there was nothing special happening.
