Private, meaning only you can see them;
Registered, meaning only users that are logged in can see them and;
Public, meaning everyone can see them!

Yes please, private lists would be useful, and would also match the private GitHub repositories.

Private list will be a great thing, add it ASAP, I hope that someone is taking care of this feature as @brianlovin left Github in 2022..
