Unable to reverify academic affiliation

Hi everyone,

Currently, I am a student and want to reverify academic affiliation to access student developer pack. But the problem is our college doesn't provide us college email id for students. Instead of using that email we are using our registration number to login to our " Student Portal ".

Now my problem is to reverify myself but have no email address provided by our college which is affiliated to MDU. So, How I can get access to Github student developer pack ?

I have 2 Github accounts and my first account is rejected so i made that one and claim dev pack. and i want to only best code from my side to this 2nd account V2-tec that's why i am not add repo here. All my learning and experimental code is available on my 1st account

I try to find some reference but most of them said : Add your university email first and make it primary . But mostly all of us use registration number.
Also If you have any feedback then feel free to comment as it help me to enhance me and my learning journey a lot.
