Unfortunately, there is no direct way to do this, but you can try this:

  • Make the repositories private. By default, repositories in an organization are visible to all members of the organization. Making a repo private will restrict access to only people you explicitly give access to.
  • Manage team and collaborator access. Create teams within your organization and give those teams access to specific repositories they need. You can also add individual collaborators to repositories and give them read, write, or admin access.
  • Use repository permission settings. In the settings for each repository, go to the "Collaborators & teams" section. Here you can specify which users and teams have access …
