API for security "Risk" and "Coverage"

Is there an API and documentation available that will allow me to run the queries currently available in the Advanced Security UI:

There is an API to get the enablement status for the repositories in an organization (it's the list repositories endpoint on the organization documented here). There is also an organization scoped REST API that will return you all the code scanning alerts that is documented here.
