I've been charged twice for Github copilot

Hi there! I'm in the situation where I've been charged twice for Github Copilot annual subscription. Do anyone had similar experience how to ask for refund? I opened ticket but nobody answered so far. Is it okay? How long usually it takes for response? Thanks in advance!
