Error loading Lepton-Eda-1.9.18

The machine is a Dell Inspiron 7386 running Ubuntu 22.04.02 after installed all the packages that allows to run when I tried to run the soft it closes suddenly and the log indicates a fail loading the RC files:
The soft is already installed in my HOME directory I checked the rc files and I don't find the reason for such fail, I am not an expert in Linux.
Please any idea to solve the problem is welcome.
