Is there a GraphQL equivalent to the Events REST API endpoint? #42535

Both rest and Graphql will be supported well into the future. Whilst it may still be poasible to retrieve some data through both APIs a lot of đạta may still only be queried from one or the other api |

I am building some custom Dashboard like apps, which could benefit from the Events feed. I was hoping to use the GraphQL API (as it seems to be where its all headed). I was wondering what the GraphQL equivalent of the REST Events API might be?
And if there isn't one then is the REST API going to be supported well into the future.
