Hi, When I try to publish my npm package for the first time I have this error:
npm ERR! code E403
npm ERR! 403 403 Forbidden - PUT https://npm.pkg.github.com- Permission permission_denied: create_package
npm ERR! 403 In most cases, you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! 403 a package version that is forbidden by your security policy, or
npm ERR! 403 on a server you do not have access to.
I have my personal access token with write:packages permissions and this is my .npmrc file:

I have my personal access token with write:packages permissions and this is my
.npmrc
file:I have admin role in the repository when I am publishing my package, this is my package.json file
I can update old npm packages of the repository, but I can't create a new one.
