Actually, in the contributions section, you can see it if you click on your very first contribution. Though I can admit this is kind of hidden especially if you are a member for years and also require additional steps. It would be nice if this idea of yours could be implemented in the future. |

as of now while waiting, it's the best one to be done, check that on the API to be exact for the start date, put that on your README and you're done, it's just few clicks away |

Recently I was wondering If I could quickly see for how long I've been on GitHub through my profile but as it seems, it's not possible at the moment with the info GitHub shows on user profiles.
It would be convenient to have additional info on our profile that shows:

The main point is to not have to make additional efforts or use other methods to get this info, it would be great if it's part of the profile just like the ability to see your username, bio, following, and followers, pretty convenient ✨
