Does Github plan on changing the license for dependabot?

I was excited to use dependabot on our build server at work but then found out that the license https://github.com/dependabot/dependabot-core/blob/main/LICENSE doesn't allow commercial use. I am wondering if now that Github owns the code, will the license be changing to something more open?

Also the first example in the ReadMe under License https://github.com/dependabot/dependabot-core#license
seems to me to contradict the actual license terms. "If you would like to use Dependabot Core in a non-commercial capacity, such as to host a bot at your workplace, then we give you full permission to do so." I understand that there are workplaces that are non-profit, but arn't all "workplaces" commercial, even non-profit workplaces?
