To make engineers that try this out more aware of the impact I'd want to show them the amount of tokens (and a link to explanation) that have been used in the conversation somewhere. Including them in the raw view is already a first step without any extra UI. You could even show the rate limit info there, although that might be a bit harder (as the limit resets anyway).
