JavaScript Code generator breaks on multi-line system prompt

Using a system prompt which spans multiple lines of text causes the code generator to produce an invalid multi-line string using regular double-quotes in JavaScript which leads to a syntax error. Multi-line text should probably be wrapped with backticks instead
