Code completion and other functions often fail to work in IDEA

1、In the same file, but in different locations, it works differently, Test the effect on a 7000 line file:
(1) in the end of file:
Code completion is effective，and i can see [model deployment ID] in idea.log

(2) in other position of file :
Code completion can not work, and no model deployment ID: [] in idea.log. Trying many times yields the same result

2、It can always work when i use it in a few line file（about 30 line）
So I don't know if the number of lines in the file is affecting its performance， plz help me
