Instead of passing a webhook secret around, I want to verify the signature with a Public Key.
Much like https://docs.sendgrid.com/for-developers/tracking-events/getting-started-event-webhook-security-features#enable-signature-verification.
It would also be nice to get a repo`s public key via an API
