After being impressed with the free trial, I convinced my manager that it would be worth it -- but I'd have to go for the "Business" version because of the IP protections.
OK. So I do that only to find out that that version can only be purchased via a Github "Organization". OK. So I get permission to setup an organization.
Then I change billing to annual (because there's no freakin' way I want to wast half an hour every month submitting an expense report). And I add Copilot for myself. OK.
Now two of my colleagues want CoPilot. We set up Githib accounts for them, only to find out that they can't pay with their own company CCs, because the "Organization" only has one billing source -- my CC! Well, that sucks, but my boss agrees that I can pay for their accounts. OK.
Then I notice that despite having set the business billing cycle to "annual", the Copilot charge seems to indicate it's billed monthly.
So I contact support only to be told that monthly is the only option. Well that's no good. So I ask to pay annually via invoice. And again, I'm told that's not an option.
So now my company CC is the only billing option for everyone at my company that wants to use Copilot!!! WTH? And I have to fill out an expense report every month?
I like Copilot, but this is going to get old VERY quickly.
You guys need to make an annual billing option if you want to keep our business. I can't believe I'm the only person who'd have similar frustrations.
