Your account may have been intruded without your knowledge and this has disrupted GitHub's operations. I advise you to prepare a proof file (material etc...) for your account and above all to contact support directly, which remains fairly reactive. |

same issues here, why no one replies!!!!!, is github still active? do they only care paid customers? I even have github copilot, and I could not use it any more. that is crazy support system.!!!!!! |

It has been a month since my account 'phalkmin' of 10+ years got suspended without any explanation. I was part of Github Sponsors, had different repositories, helped with client's and friends' projects, and never had a problem. Suddenly, when approving some PRs on the browser at the same time I merged another repo using Github Desktop, I was kicked out from everything, and when tried to log in again, a huge warning saying my account was suspended - no reason at all.
I can't access anything, it's like I never existed at all. My portfolio was linked to GitHub, some clients ask for my GitHub profile, and it's just 404 there. And no answer from support. If I try to reach out using other channels, the silent treatment just continues.
It's frustrating. The biggest repository service and I can't get a single answer on WHY my account was suspended and WHAT I need to do to fix it for a whole month. If at least I could get an answer like "Yeah, you really made a boo-boo here" I would be able to try to fix it. But I'm in the dark.
