Hello Chatwoot team, I'm reporting a bug that affects the Android version of your mobile app. When using the official WhatsApp Cloud API, audio messages recorded through the Android app fail to send. This issue does not occur on iOS—audio messages work normally there. After testing, I found that the audio format generated by the Android app is not supported by the WhatsApp API, which causes the message to fail. This makes it difficult for agents who rely on voice messages to use your platform effectively on Android. Please investigate this issue and release a fix as soon as possible.
