Updated teaching datasets repository

I have just updated the Teaching Datasets repository with a README that describes what each of the included dataset is about and what types of statistical and/or epidemiologic concept these datasets can be used for.

If you are still considering doing a mini-project but are struggling with a dataset to work with, have a look at this repository to see if there is a dataset here that you can potentially use and work on.
