Description of issue

brew doctor and brew config are taken from a shared macos sequoia box. i have run into this issue in the past,

i tried running the below command as mentioned in the prior discussion,

brew unbottled --tag arm64_sequoia freecad/freecad/[email protected]_py312  

but i'm getting the below output

==> :arm64_sequoia bottle status
[email protected]_py312: doesn't support this macOS

which isn't very helpful.

this issue is preventing the ci from building a bottle on macos sequoia.

It seems that some of dependency formula doesn't support sequoia from

for example, vtk does not support sequoia bottle yet.
