Description of issue

I have created a formula for edgevpn and now I'm adding a service that will start the vpn service Homebrew/homebrew-core#178662 but I would also like to add another service that can start the edgevpn dashboard, which is basically just calling edgevpn api --config config.yaml but it seems to me that a formula can only have one service. One idea I had was to have a formula for edgevpn-api which only has the service in it and depends on the edgevpn formula but I couldn't find any example of such setup, so I'm wondering what is the suggested way to do this.
