Description of issue

Steam's cask does not download the Apple Silicon version, and warns me I need to install Rosetta. It looks like Steam is using a new download link at https://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/client/installer/steam.dmg to download the new Silicon version (or maybe it's a universal installer?). I'm not sure exactly how I would improve the cask, but if it's a simple link replace, I could put in a PR for it (obviously following contribution guidelines testing on my own machine, ensuring cask style, etc).
