I ran into a similar issue after running
$ bundle

Description of issue
I have the latest
brew install ruby
version installed. I did agem update --system
:Now trying to use bundler fails:

Note the different install locations? But the 2.5.9 install does not exist!
That particular gems directory has a last modified date from 3 months before the computer was built, and contains versions that aren't being listed by
gem info
:Any ideas? This is a new machine I'm trying to set up; my older one is still working but I'm not going to try
