How about adding updateScripts back?

Hi there,

First, thank you for this great library! 🙏

I was wondering if you would consider adding the updateScripts() function back.

It's very useful in the context of an SPA where external services might be managed by a dedicated component that adds the script it needs at runtime. It would allow to enable these scripts and also populate the preference modal properly 😊

Was there a specific reason that lead to its removal for v3?
