Provide a version 2.x module with `oracle/oci` in `required_providers`

Description

I maintain a deployment using terraform-ovi-vcn v2.3.0

The reference to hashicorp/oci as required provider produces a warning which is a bit annoying.

Migrating to v3 is not practical as it is not possible without destroying the deployment.

Would it be possible to release a new v2.x version requiring oracle/oci?

If not, what is the best approach?

• Copy the module locally and make the change
• Fork the repository
• Any other possibility...

I'm not sure it's possible. Provider version, syntax, available functions etc. are different. Can you please try? If it works, send us a PR and we'll cut a release for you
