Incident template stakeholder communication email template not settable from terraform

Hi there,

There currently seems to be no way to configure the stakeholder email template of the incident templates via terraform (or the api of opsgenie). In order to manage all of our configuration in code, we need this feature.
Please consider adding this to the api/terraform spec

The appropiate resources for configuring email templates should be present

Currently its impossible to configure the email templates via terraform
