[bug] Defining OpenVPN Server in a template complains about validation and does not allow saving

Steps:

• create a new template
• add openvpn conf
• select server routed
• prepare a sample config
• try saving

Expected result: can save.

Actual result: validation error doesn't allow saving.

Would be great if this could be fixed for the next release so that I could deploy routed openvpn servers straight via the UI. Thanks.
