Release worfklow

We finally adopted an automated release workflow by using Pypi Trusted Publishers.
Releasing a new version just requires publishing a release.
A release just requires a proper change log.

Best effort maintenance

The maintenance of this repository is on a best effort basis, there's no release schedule or plan.

The release workflow should help to release more easily, provided that we add a proper change log each time, your collaboration on this point is very welcome. Please look at previous change log entries for reference.

I am personally not interested in actively working on new features. The library does what it needs to do for @openwisp and I am happy with that. But we are open to having more maintainers if the community deems the addition of new features as something is important.

At the moment most users seem to be happy with what the library has. There's still some old PRs open without definitive solution.
If you care about any of those being merged, don't be afraid to bring it up but be ready to contribute actively and put effort to make it happen, because the maintainers are busy on other priorities.
