Student navigation menu includes dropped students #2848
Description
When acting as a student and viewing a homework problem (or test problem), the student navigation menu will include students who have been dropped from the course, but are still assigned to the set.
I think these students should not be included by default, so instead of showing all students, maybe only show current students. And in the drop down menu to select section/recitations, include an option to select dropped students or maybe all students or both. My use case would be probably just put dropped students in their own section and not include them in any other section/selection.
