Faulty logic with "Third Time's a Charm"

If a user has been assigned the Third Time's a Charm achievement but has not yet earned it, they can earn it by:

1. answering a question correctly three times in a row
2. answering a question correctly, then incorrectly twice

And other such situations. The logic is only looking at the overall score and if we are currently on the 3rd attempt. It should ideally only count if the third attempt is actually the first correct attempt.
