I was using an old bifold wallet (v1.0.0-alpha.72). Which was totally running. However, i am trying to install the latest one and for this I build the wallet. After installing the app, I was able to see the onboarding screens and able to enter PINs also. However, after writing the PIN, the screen keeps loading and then an error appears : "There was a problem while initializing the agent" and I found the error "Error code: 1045 - Timeout occured" in the mobile screen. From the metro terminal I can see it starts to "Provision mediation with invitation" . However, after a few loading the, "ERROR : Timeout has occurred" shows up.

Provision Mediation

I cleaned the gradle, deleted the build folder and rebuilt it, also tried in both wifi and mobile cellular network. Still the issue is persisting.

For your reference:

  • Device Xiomi redmi Note 9s
  • Ubuntu 22

It is now working. It looks like when I was building the app into my mobile, I was connected to internet of my university. But I switched to cellular internet and run the metro and app using it, and it worked. It is working from my home internet too. I am not sure, but It looks like, there is something with the internet of my university causing the problem.

Hi, I am facing the same issue. Could you please provide a solution? It doesn’t appear to be a network problem.
