Add another progress graph for further iteration

The only progress graph available right now is for parsing through the master committees XML file. From there on out, a verbose progress log is displayed. Duplicate the graphing functionality for additional loops.

forgive the dumb question....but progress...as in the % of a completed action/function?
....so you already have one? you'll probably just reuse that one?

That's right—there's already a progress meter, but it's only for the first step of a multi-step process.
