Perform sentiment analysis on comments

It sure would be helpful to know whether comments are in favor or opposed to the proposed regulation. Sentiment analysis would help. Check out Semantria and AlchemyAPI to that end. Semantria has no hobbyist pricing level (though 10,000 queries are free), and while AlchemyAPI also has no hobbyist pricing level, their free account allows for 1,000 transactions/day.

Batching this properly, Alchemy's approach could be just fine.
