Standardize foreign/domestic terminology #93

Per #62, 2_corporate reports whether corporations are "foreign," while 3_lp reports whether they're "domestic." These oppositional approaches are confusing. Retitle these to use the same term, and of course inverse the values of the affected one.

This is newly important, now that we're combining the files for a single businesses.csv download.

Actually, that's not true—though we're combining the files, we don't include the foreign/domestic flags in that file.
