Trial page: crowdsource controlled vocabulary matching certainty

Idea from @jessflem - once we've implemented a controlled vocabulary such as MeSH, when a user visits a trial page, based on some kind of matching/machine learning algorithm, have a prompt on the trial page saying "we think this trial relates to X (MeSH term) - is that correct?" and use their feedback to increase our match certainty.
