Golf=hole Name/ref behaviour

Hi,

The practice for mapping golf course holes (golf=hole) is to define the hole number (ref=*) and name (name=*) separately. However, iD currently only shows the name if it is entered, not the hole number. Mappers are therefore entering both the number and name in the name field in order to display both.

Would it be possible to change the behaviour of this tag to match that when entering both addr:housename and addr:housenumber for a building: Show "[ref] [name]"?
