Are there any changes we need to make to compile the entire project into a single DLL?

I saw the light version of OpenSSL and wondered if we could compile even that light version into a DLL. This would allow other languages like C# or Java to use the library's functions for cryptographic operations, similar to how the OpenSSL binary works for Windows.
