the titles for job postings are ambiguous at the moment.

Either we don't let people create their own and combine them from other data points, or we somehow force people to write good ones.

We should state the organization the job is for.

Yah, I think we can make the form guide people to write more well structured titles with something like:

We have a [ Mobile App ]
That needs [Logo Design, Web Design ]
That serves the purpose [ couch sharing ]

Which would output something like: Logo and web design for a couch sharing mobile app

Alternatively, we can get rid of title altogether and make skills and organization be all that is used for the title:

Organization [ CouchPal ]
We have a [ Mobile App ]
That needs [Logo Design, Web Design ]

Which would output something like: Logo and web design for CouchPal mobile app

I'm sure there are other variations of this that can we can come up with an implement in JS before form is submitted.

I think I prefer option two.

+1 for the second option. I think having fixed options to choose from on the We have a and That needs fields would help too. For the first field, the Specialization list from #70 fits, for the second one I thought of this list but I guess there is more to be added:

- Website
- Mobile App
- Web App
- Company/Startup
- Product
- Project

What do you think?

Looks like a good start to a 'database' of different things that people can request! we should make sure there are 'open' options for OSS projects that for example are like: We have a [new unnamed OSS project] that needs [general design help and advice].
