What is the bug?
If you change the date format in Stack Management > Advanced Settings > Date Format, Observability still renders the date in the MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:ss.SSS format, in fields like Last updated, Start time, End time.
How can one reproduce the bug?
Go to Stack Management > Advanced Settings > Date Format and change the date format to something different.
I used DD MMM, YYYY @ HH:mm:ss.SSS
Go back to Applications and create an application.
The visualization of trace fields is still in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:ss.SSS format
What is the expected behavior?
Observability tables would follow the the date format.
What is your host/environment?
OS: Linux
Version 2.17.0
Plugins: Obsevability
