[Enhancement] add default bedrock converse LLM interface

Bedrock converse API is a unified interface for all LLMs on Bedrock. Now we only have this LLM_INTERFACE_BEDROCK_CONVERSE_CLAUDE

Suggest add this "bedrock/converse" interface . To keep backward compatible, we can keep current name "bedrock/converse/claude".
