Remove "do not press enter" instructions from slide copy #76

Now that #37 has been fixed, instructions telling the user not to press enter in array fields can be removed from the slide text.

In general, we should try to avoid adding data-entry instructions to the slide copy, as they will look out of place on the recap slides.
