Create some public ansible playbooks for the middleware

Having some public/test playbooks would make it easier to test the middleware - at the moment it's difficult to deploy for testing and when deployed hard to know if you've got the right setup.

Should include:

• Current DB Schema (schema currently checked in is out of date)
• Sample of the dmoz data
• Crontab & supervisord config (not currently available)

Alternatively, could move to docker.
