Ethics Reviewers console needs officialReviewName

It may be helpful to include a default value for this console. Reviewers may be added to the group before the Ethics Stage is run.

I saw this issue several times, I think we don't have a name when the console is setup, I would like to ask @xkopenreview to set a default in the console so it doesn't break.
