iOS Console: disable WKWebView zooming

Describe the bug
When using the iOS consoles, you can zoom in- and out on the WebView,
using the regular 'drag with two fingers' method. We should disable this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the generic iOS App or an app from a custom project
2. Login, and go to a page that is not the Map (since that has zooming on web level)
3. Use two fingers and drag them from/to each other; it will zoom in and out
4. The WebView becomes smaller/larger.
