Map on place detail page doesn't match "upcoming" events #241

I think the map is searching for stuff up until today. When looking at events, it should start from today.

Also, regardless of whether you're on the "Recent News" or "Upcoming Events" tab, the map shows both.
Need to have different parameters, depending.
