OpenNARS for Applications v0.8.2

OpenNARS for Applications v0.8.1

New features:

• Compiles and runs on all 32 bit and 64 bit platforms with both Clang and GCC (including Android and Windows via WSL and Cygwin!)
• Control enhancements regarding forgetting, subgoaling and dynamic concept priority threshold. (see performance differences in https://github.com/opennars/OpenNARS-for-Applications/wiki/Evaluation-results-(Tests,-metrics) )
• Multithreading more effective (2x speedup approx. in default config with 4 core i7, not yet enabled by default as more testing will be needed)
• UDPNAR allowing the system to receive Narsese input via UDP, including test cases.

Windows: Switch CMD to legacy mode in the options for proper screen updates in Pong/Testchamber, standard setting is slow, Powershell even slower.
