Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A new feature of NARS would be Multi-Channels. There has been an interface for multi-channels

https://github.com/bowen-xu/PyNARS/blob/b1142425a2af70dc76a185a70c7f6619c5376aaf/pynars/NARS/Control/Reasoner.py#L33-L36

However, the concrete channels except Narsese-Channel have not been implemented yet.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement a new channel which can access certain knowledge base.
